Terms and Conditions

Definitions and Interpretations 
  1. That are within the Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise outlined or another context is required: 
    1. ‘Eternity Campers’ refers to the company that owns the campervans and agrees to hire this to the hirer(s) for a specific rental period. Eternity Campers limited, Whitehouse Farm, unit 9, Valley Lane, Long Bennington, NG23 5EE, telephone 01636682319 email: eternitycampers@gmail.com.
    2. ‘Hirer(s)’ refers to the person or persons who are identified at the time of booking who will or has enter into a Rental Agreement with Eternity Campers for a specific rental period. These persons(s) who are legally responsible for the campervan during this rental period. 
    3. ‘Driver(s)’ refer to the person or persons identified as the driver(s) at the time of booking who will or has entered into a rental agreement with Eternity Campers for the specific rental agreement by signing relevant paperwork. 
    4. ‘Campervan’ refers to the vehicle hired for the rental period. 
    5. ‘Rental period’ means the specific time agreed through the confirmation of booking and Rental agreement and any additional period the campervan is in the Hirer(s) possession. 
    6. ‘Rental Agreement’ means the agreement that is signed by the Hirer(s) and Eternity Campers which at the time of collection which is subject to these terms and conditions.   
    7. ‘Security Deposit’ refers to amount of money that hirer(s) pay at the beginning of rental period as security.
    8. ‘Hire charges’ means the cost of the hire of the campervan for the specific rental period required. 
 
Contract agreement 
    1. The following Terms and conditions apply exclusively. Eternity Campers will not hire any Campervans on any other terms and conditions.
    2. The only purpose of these Terms and Conditions and contract with Eternity Campers is rental of Eternity Campervans. 
    3. The hirer(s) will organise his journey himself and book campsites required throughout the rental period. 
    4. Eternity Campers will not be responsible for late bookings of campsites which may result in the hirer not being able to book onto a campsite at desired location. 
    5. All agreements between Eternity Campers and the Hirer must end in writing 
 
Booking & Payment procedures 
    1. Campervan rental availability is on request through the online booking form and confirmation at the time of booking. 

    2. The hires must contact us via telephone if booking is required at short notice, (less than 3 days notice) if a booking has been made prior to contacting us we will automatically refund you and email you to advise. The refund process can take upto 15 days.
    3. The booking is only binding once availability and full payment has been received by Eternity Campers. Once full payment has been received a confirmation email will be sent to the hirer(s). 
    4. The hirer(s) must contact  inform Eternity Campers of any driving convictions, accidents, insurance refusal endorsements, disabilities or medical conditions prior to booking a campervan hire via telephone 01636682319 or email: eternitycampers@gmail.com. 
    5. Eternity Campers retains the ownership of the campervan and its contents, and the Hirer(s) has loaned the goods for the purpose of the hire within the agreed rental period. 
    6. The hirer(s) is not permits to hire, sublet, sell or gift or part with the campervan or the components in the campervan to any other person.
    7. The hire terms and condition shall apply at the of confirmation of the booking. 
    8. When the hirer is more than one person, each person is jointly liable in accordance with the terms and condition and rental agreement and referred to as Hirers.
Hire charges and rental period
    1. The campervan hire charges are applicable to those stated on the Eternity Campers website at the time the contract was concluded. 
    2. The daily rate will be charged for each 24-hour completed or commenced during the rental period. The rental period begins when the hirer(s) takes the campervan from the depot and ends when the campervan is returned to Eternity Camper’s depot unless otherwise agreed with Eternity Campers. 
    3. They are subject to the following minimum rental period requirement in which the hire period falls:  
    1. Low-Season: November – February minimum 3-night bookings.
    2. Mid-Season: March -June & October minimum 5-night bookings.
    3. High-Season: July – September minimum 6-night bookings.
    1. High-season bookings are subject to specific day for hire due to increase in demand. The campervan can only be booked for rental periods of 6-night booking blocks. This will be collected on first Saturday by 12:00 and returned the final Friday by 16:00 of the rental period. Should the hirer(s) require to rent the campervan outside of the specific days, this needs to be requested in writing and confirmed by Eternity Camper prior to booking on the website.
Security Deposit 
    1. The Security deposit is payable by BASCs transfer on the day of collection of the campervan from the lead driver’s account and be debited immediately. Prepaid cards or cash cannot be accepted.
    2. The security deposit amount is dependent on the lead driver’s age. The deposit required will be: 
      1. £1,000 for drivers aged 21-24 years
      2. £750 for drivers aged 25-75 years
      3. £1,000 for drivers aged 75-79 years
    3.  The security deposit for hirer(s) attending festivals, concerts, sporting events shall be £1500. 
    4. Should the hirer(s) not have the funds available to cover the security deposit on the day the rental period will commence, Eternity Campers will consider this as a cancellation using provision set out in section 5.6 
    5. The security deposit will be reimbursed within 7 days of returning the campervan. If the campervan is returned in the condition set out in Clause 9 and 11 (Insurance and Excess & Campervan returns) and there will be no outstanding insurance claims or penalties, parking charges or fines. 
    6. Eternity Campers reserve the rights on the decision to return the full deposit. If the campervan is returned in unsatisfactory condition.  
    7. The security deposit will be used to cover any damage occurred internal or external to the campervan, to replace fuel, replace missing campervan components, for excess cleaning, insurance excess or anything that is not covered by Eternity camper’s insurance policy. Should any damage to the campervan or third-party property exceed the security deposit the hirer(s) is responsible for covering the extra cost within 7 days of returning the campervan or within 7 days of being notified if Eternity Campers are informed after the rental period has ended.
    8. It is not Eternity Camper’s responsibility for the length of time it takes for the banks to process the refund.  
 
Alterations & Cancellations to bookings
    1. Alterations to your booking maybe made from the confirmed date of your reservation until at least 42 days before your rental period without charge. This will be dependent on capacity of the alternative dates required and may incur an extra payment should the rebooking fall within a different season charge rate. Rebooking’s are to fall within the same calendar year unless a special agreement is made by Eternity Campers.
    2. Following the changes of the contract the hirer(s) is not entitled to any further changes to the start of the rental period. 
    3. All cancellations and alterations must be in writing and should be sent by E-mail or Post specifying the booking that is required to change.
    4. Should the hirer(s) wish to propose alternative dates, the preferred date must be stated in writing. 
    5.  Eternity Campers will respond in writing confirming change in date and any additional costs that may occur due to the change.  
    6. Cancellations from day 41 will be charged as follows:
    1. 30-40 days 35% of hire charge 
    2. 15-29 days 50% of hire charge 
    3. 3-14 days 80% of hire charge  
    4. within 48 hrs no refunds are available.
    1. Eternity Campers reserves the right to cancel the hire if at the commencement of the rental period the hirer(s) licence(s) are invalid or not in accordance with the conditions set out in Drivers Section. The hirer(s) will not receive any percentage of the refund. 
    2. Eternity Campers reserves the right to amend our cancellation policy for specific event. 
    3. Hirer(s) are advised to purchase holiday insurances against unavoidable cancellations.
    4. The rental booking cannot be transferred to another Hirer(s). 
Drivers
    1. The lead driver of the campervan must be over 21 years of age not over the age of 79 years at the time of collection and over the rental period. 
    2. There shall be a maximum of 2 drivers per rental period. Should a second driver be identified, the rental agreement will be classified as a joint rental agreement therefore both Hirers will be responsible in accordance with these term and conditions. 
    3. The second driver must be above the age of 23 years old and adhere to the driving requirements set out in the terms and conditions. An additional charge this will added at the time of booking.
    4. No one other than the driver(s) named in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.  
    5. All drivers must hold a valid full UK driving license and have a minimum of 2 years driving experience. The license must allow the driver to drive Class B vehicles. 
    6. Drivers with an automatic licence are unable to drive Eternity Campers campervans.
    7. The type of license each driver holds must be declared at the time of booking. 
    8. All drivers during the collection of the campervan must produce their full domestic driving license, both the photo and paper part must be provided, passport and 2 utility bills dated within 60 days with a matching address to that on the license. These documents must have the driver’s current home address. Eternity Campers are unable to insure any driver with no fixed Address. 
    9. All drivers must within 21 days of your collection date, visit the DVLA website with their driving license and NI number check your details and get a check code. Drivers to provide Eternity Campers with the check code and the last 8 characters of your driving license on day of collection. https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence This allows to check the drivers licence information to ensure that they are covered by our insurance policy for the terms of the hire.
    10. Should the DVLA information not be consistent to the information provide at time of booking the rental period, Eternity Campers will consider this as a cancellation using provision set out in section 5.6 
    11. All drivers must have declared all that is stated in section 2.3 prior to booking. This may result in insurance refusal or surcharge to be payable.
    12. All drivers must not have accrued more than 6 penalty points over the past 3 years for minor convictions and no more than 1 insurance claim in the last 3 years.
    13. If the driver has more than 6 penalty points, have been convicted of any major driving offence, has any prosecutions pending, or has been disqualified for a period 3 months or more in the past 5 years, Eternity Campers cannot enter into a rental agreement.
    14.  Should any of the drivers occur any driving convictions, accidents, insurance refusal endorsements, disabilities or medical conditions following the booking of a campervan, it is the hirer(s) responsibility to inform Eternity Campers immediately. Failing to do so, Eternity Campers will terminate this rental agreement and consider this as a cancellation using provision set out in section 5.6.
    15. If there is a delay in presenting the required documentation this delay will be at the expense of the hirer(s).
    16. Should any named driver fail to present the required documents stated in these terms and conditions within an appropriate time frame, Eternity Campers will consider this as a cancellation using provision set out in section 5.6. 
    17. Eternity Campers reserves the rights to cancel the hire if at the commencement of the hire the driver’s license(s) are invalid or not in accordance with the conditions set out in this clause. This will be considered as a cancellation using provision set out in section 5.6.
    1.  If the customers information is found to be false during the rental period, Eternity Campers reserve the right to repossess the vehicle.  In this event all charges of repossession and all other associated costs of this process will be passed onto the hirer and deducted from the security deposit. 
Passenger 
    1. The only passenger allowed to travel in the Eternity Campervan are those stated in the Rental Agreement. Carrying additional or other passages is in breach of these terms and conditions and may conflict with the law. 
    2. When traveling with a child, the correct child safety seat should be fitted, that is in accordance with the UK law. It is the responsibility of the hirer(s) to provide this safety seat or appropriate child restraint (in accordance with their age and height) and their responsibility to correctly this to the campervan. 
 
Pets 

Eternity Campers have a strict no pets policy in any of our vehicles.  Any traces of pets found on return will incur a £300 full cleaning fee deducted from your Deposit.

Insurance and Excess
    1. Insurance is included within the hire charge. The insurance covers damage to the campervan and the vehicle of the third party. The insurance excludes claims for loss or damage to personal possessions or personal injury. 
    2. Only the drivers named on the rental agreement are insured to drive the vehicle. 
    3. The hirer(s) is advised to purchase personal holiday insurance that will cover personal injury and possessions. 
    4. In the event of any accident, loss or damage to the campervan or third-party property, the hirer(s) is liable for the first £1500 per claim. This This must be from the lead driver’s account and be debited immediately. Prepaid cards or cash cannot be accepted.
    5. The campervan is not insured to leave the UK, in the event of our vehicle trying to leave the UK, Eternity Campers will remotely immobilise the campervan and recover it at the hirer(s) expensive.
    6. The following are not covered by the insurance company therefore the hirer accepts full liability for the cost of such items 
      1. Window screens and tyres 
      2. Aerial 
      3. Wheel trims 
      4. Elevating roof 
      5. Loss of keys
      6. Damage to interior
      7. Clutch/gearbox failure due to drivers’ negligence   
      8. Damage to the underside of the vehicle, 
      9. any damage to these areas deemed as gross negligence. 
    7. The hirer(s) is responsible for all loss or damage arising from theft whilst the ignition key has been left in or on the campervan.
    8. The named drivers will adhere to all restrictions stated in clause 6 (Drivers). Failing to do will result in the named drivers not being insured to drive the campervan. The customer will be liable for all costs incurred. 
    9. The hirer(s) may incur additional charges set out by the insurance company if the driver to be insured has traffic convictions, is using a non-UK driving license or is in an occupation which is deemed high risk. 
    10. The named hirer(s) will be responsible for any damage, loss incurred by a none declared driver and will fully indemnify the company for any such damage or loss involved in the recovery of such.
    11. This campervan is only insured for the period of hired contracted for rent. Late returns of the campervan will incur an additional charge stated in clause 9 and charged accordingly. 
    12. In the event of an accident, the hirer(s) obliged to report this to Eternity Campers immediately. 
    13. The hirer(s) must gather as much information from the accident scene as possible including photographs, names, addresses, contact details and phone numbers.  The hirer(s) must not accept liability at the time of the accident. Details of all witnesses must be passed to Eternity Campers Ltd, and the hirer(s) must fully assist with the claim until it has been closed by our insurers.  
Campervan collection 
    1. The Hirer(s) shall collect the campervan from 12:00 from the Eternity Camper’s depot unless otherwise agreed with Eternity campers and is confirmed in writing. 
    2.  A 1-hour introduction to the campervan will be undertaken. This will include completion of required paperwork and inspection and demonstration of the use of the campervan.  
    3. All drivers must be present at the handover with the required documents set out in clause 6 (Drivers). 
    1. All hirer(s) will be required to sign and date the Rental Agreement.
    2. The hirer(s) will be presented with a Vehicle Condition check-out form that will notify them of the conditions of the exterior and interior of the campervan. Following the joint inspection, the hirer(s) and Eternity Camper expert will be expected to sign the campervan inspection form. 
    3. Eternity campers are able to refuse hand-over of the campervan until all the paperwork is signed and introduction and demonstrations have been undertaken.  
    4. Eternity campers will endeavour to have the camper ready at the stated collection time but this cannot be guaranteed. Eternity Campers reserve all rights to the decision made.
Campervan returns 
    1. The campervan must be returned to Eternity Campers depot by 12:00 on the final day of the rental period unless there has been a prior agreement of an alternative time with Eternity Campers confirmed in writing. 
    2. If the hirer(s) are going be late, they should advise Eternity campers immediately.  Failure to do so could will mean the driver is driving the camper uninsured. 
    3.  An additional late return charge of £75 per hour, will be chargeable from the quarter hourly.
    4. A 1-hour handover of the campervan will be undertaken. This will include completion of required paperwork and inspection campervan.  
    5. The campervan will be inspected by Eternity Campers expert and the hirer(s) for damage, cleanliness, etc., including the condition of the tyres and windscreen.
    6. The hirer(s) and the Eternity Campers expert will be required to sign the vehicle inspection check-in form.  
    7. The camper should be returned in the same condition as it was at the start of the hire including: 
    1. Interior clean 
    2. Empty water tank and aqua rolls
    3. Rubbished removed 
    4. Dishes washed and oven and fridge clean 
    5. All campervan components are present in the vehicle (clause 10).  
    6. No damage to the interior or exterior of the campervan 
    1. Should the campervan not be returned in stated condition then the appropriate amount will be deducted to cover the cost of repair as stated in clause 4.5 (Security Deposit).
    2. There will be valeting fee and or upholstery fee if the campervan is not returned clean as set out in clause 4.7 (Security Deposit).  
    3. The campervan should be returned with a full tank of diesel fuel.  If the campervan is not returned with a full tank of Deiseal a charge of £25 plus the cost of the fuel will be taken from the security deposit.
    4. The hirer(s) are not required to replace the gas bottle supplied. Should the hirer need to purchase a further bottle of gas during the rental period, they are able to do so at the hirer’s expense. The exchange bottle must be the same type and band as the bottle supplied. 
    5. No refunds will be given on return for the remaining of gas bought by yourselves. A £45 charge will be deducted from the deposit should the campervan be returned without the same style brand gas bottle. This charge will be to purchase a new contract from the bottle supplier.
    6. If the campervan is returned prior to the end of the rental agreement the hirer(s) will not be entitled to refunds for early return of the campervan. 
    7. Should the hirer(s) want to return the campervan early. This must be at an agreed time with Eternity Campers. 
    8. If the campervan is required to be returned and the rental agreement is terminated due to misuse of the campervan the hirer will not be entitled to a refund.  
 
Campervan components
    1. The campervan will be supplied with 4 of the following: Forks, knives, dessert spoons, tea spoons, dinner plates, small plates, bowls and Cups.  
    2. The campervan is supplied with 2 of the following: wine glasses, pans, camping chairs.
    3. The campervan is supplied with one of the following: Frying pan, Gas Kettle, Full Gas bottle, Outdoor cooking hob, outdoor table. 
    4. An inventory is supplied with your hire. Any loss or damage to items as listed upon the inventory will be charged at replacement cost on a like for like basis.
    5. All campervans are equipped with a tracking system. Eternity Campers are entitled to   locate the Campervan and view the hirer(s) driving conditions at any time. 
    6. Eternity campers undertake a full inspection of the campervan before the rental period checking all systems are working correctly. Eternity Campers will identify any existing damage both internal and external, and any missing components. Any existing damage will be stated in the vehicle condition check-out form.
    7. The hirer(s) and Eternity Campers will sign the vehicle condition check out form to acknowledge that both parties have identified such damage prior to the hirer(s) rental period.
    8. The hirer(s) must not modify or make attempt of repairs to the campervan external or internal fixtures without prior written consent from Eternity Campers. 
    9. Should any of the systems fail during the rental period Eternity Campers will take reasonable action to resolve the problem. 
    10. Any defects in the campervan that are discovered during the rental period must be reported to Eternity Campers immediately. Any claims of compensation by the hirer(s) on the basis of defects that Eternity Campers are not responsible will be excluded. 
    11. Additional equipment is available to hirer at an additional cost to the hirer(s) for the duration of the rental period.  
    12. Additional equipment must be returned at the end of the rental period with the Campervan. This will be subject to inspection during the check-in inspection. 
 
Change of vehicle 
    1. Eternity Campers reserves the right to substitute a comparable or superior campervan at any time. This may occur if the campervan is return late or with damage that is unable to be repair prior to rental period. 
    2. The hirer(s) will not be liable for additional hire charge. Such substitution shall not give the hirer(s) rights to a refund and does not constitute a breach in contract.  
    3. Eternity Campers will make every effort to ensure that the reserved campervan is available for you at the correct time. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, this is not possible and if an alternative or acceptable campervan is not available our liability is limited to the refunds of all monies paid by you.
 
Mileage  

The hirer(s) has a milage allowance of 150 miles per night of the rental period. Should the hirer(s) exceed the total milage allowance for rental period this will be charged at £2 per mile. 

 
Travel limitation and Road restrictions 
    1. The hirer(s) are only allowed to travel in the UK during the rental period. Eternity Campers do not allow Continental travel. 
    2. Should Eternity Campers be notified by the tracking system clause 10 (Campervan components) that the campervan is close to the UK boarders without being notified by the Hirer(s), Eternity Campers Ltd reserve the right to shut down the campervan and return the campervan to the depot at the hirer(s) expense. The hirer(s) will not be entitled to a refund. 
    3. The campervan must only be driven on road surfaces other than accessing or leaving a car park or campsite/caravan site. 
    4. Eternity Campers reserves the right to restrict the movement of the campervan due to adverse weather and road conditions or any other conditions that could cause damage to the camper or put the hirer(s) at risk of harm. 
    5. Eternity Campers reserves the right to monitor the Campervan throughout the rental period clause 12.5 (Campervan components).  
 
The Use and Maintenance of the campervan
    1. For the duration of the rental period the hirer(s) agree to only use the campervan for the purpose that it was agreed. To use its component as demonstrated by Eternity campers. 
    2. The campervan must be maintained in a good condition and state of repair.
    3. The campervan must only be driven if it is in a road worthy state that is in accordance of road traffic laws. 
    4. The campervan is subject to the Highway regulations and these must be applied. All lights, window screen wipers and tyres must be monitored and oil coolant water and battery levels checked. All windows and side mirrors must be clear to ensure required viewing when driving. The Hirer(s) must undertake regular checks to ensure the campervan is in a roadworthy condition.
    5. The hirer(s) will pay for replacing of tyres during the rental period and Eternity campers will reimburse the hirer(s) if the tyre is defective and is returned to Eternity campers for inspection and the receipt is provided. 
    6. Should the hirer(s) use the incorrect fuel, oil or any other liquids they are liable for the cost incurred and to replace any damaged components. 
    7. When travelling all the campervan components and the hirer(s) personal possessions must be packed away safely within the campervan and secured appropriately to prevent damage to the internal furniture and also to prevent road traffic accident. 
    8. The elevated roof must be appropriately closed ensuring that this is secure through the use of the safety straps as demonstrate during the hand-over.  
    9. Should the campervan become damaged or require a repair the hirer(s) are to inform Eternity Campers as soon as possible. 
    10. All campervans are non-smoking vehicles. The hirer(s) or passenger(s) must not smoke or vape in any part of the campervan. When smoking or vaping outside of the campervan please ensure that the exhaled smoke/steam does not enter the vehicle. 
    11. Should smoke become detected in the vehicle an additional professional cleaning fee will be charged. 
    12. Bacon and Fish are not to be cooked inside the campervan. There is an outdoor cooker for cooking strong smelling food. Bacon and Fish are to be cooked outdoors only.
    13. The driver must: 
      1. Drive the Campervan in accordance with Uk Road traffic laws. 
      2. Drive with appropriate care and attention in order to prevent accidents. 
      3. Ensure that the campervan is locked when unoccupied. 
      4. Valuables including TV are put out of view to prevent break-ins
    14. The driver must not: 
      1. Drive the campervan in a way that will cause damage to the campervan or third-party vehicles or breach regulations for using the campervan. 
      2. Participate in any motor sports events and vehicle tests, they must not transport any dangerous substances. 
      3. Used to tow any other vehicle or trailer.
      4. Park the campervan where there is a risk becoming damaged from other vehicles, weather conditions, animals or other environmental factors that are identifiable at the time of the campervan being parked or becoming stationary. Including submersion of water or in contact with salt water. 
      5. Use the campervan for illegal purposes to commit criminal offences or for commercial transport of any kind. 
      6. Drive under the influence of drug or alcohol with a blood alcohol level that is in excess of that stated in law. 
      7. Allow anyone who is not authorised to drive the campervan. 
      8. Leave the keys in the ignition when the campervan is unoccupied.
    15. The above list is not absolute and any unlawful or misconduct whilst hiring the campervan will be considered as a breach of contract and to the extent that the law allows, Eternity Campers will withdraw the benefits of insurance and inform the appropriate law informed services.   
 
Accident, Theft, Damage or Collison
    1. In the event of an accident, theft, damage or collision the hirer(s) must inform the police and Eternity Campers within 24 hours of the incident. 
    2. The hirer(s) are not permitted to accept any third party claims as valid nor to make any admission of liability to other parties or settlements offers or any other offers. 
    3. The hirer(s) must gather as much information from the accident scene including photos, names, addresses of third parties and any witnesses as stated in clause 7 (Insurance & Excess). 
    4. The hirer(s) must assist Eternity campers in handling any claims for the incident, providing required information and possible attendance in court. 
    5. As set out in clause 7. (Insurance & Excess) the hirer(s) must pay the excess at the time of the accident. The security deposit cannot be used as part payment. 
    6. No security deposits or insurance excess will be refunded until all insurance claims are settled. 
    7. In the event of an incident where there is slight damage, the hirer(s) must prepare a detailed written report including drawings. If the hirer(s) does not produce a report and because of this the insurance company refuse to pay for the damage, the hirer(s) will be responsible for the full payment of the damage.  
 
Breakdown 
    1. In the event of a breakdown, the campervan is covered by 24-hour national breakdown roadside rescue with recovery to our address (full details within the vehicle).
    2. The hirer(s) must refer to the motor breakdown cover booklet provided in order to contact the breakdown company. 
    3. The hirer(s) may instruct any repairs to the campervan up to the value of and not exceeding £150. Receipts must be kept for any or all repairs for refunds to be agreed. All repairs in excess of £150 must be authorised by Eternity Campers prior to the work being undertaken. 
    4. If our campervans cannot be repaired at the road side and we cannot locate a suitable replacement we agree to return the remainder of your rental fee for the rental period. Compensation or any losses other than rental fees will not be paid out.
    5. Eternity Campers are not under any circumstances responsible for any consequential expenses, curtailment of, or delay to the period of hire or any third-party claims for damages in connection with or consequent upon any accident or breakdown.
 
Penalties 
    1. Drivers are personally liable for all penalties such as parking fines, toll bridge charges, congestion charges, speeding fines and any other fine or penalty and administration cost that are incurred during the rental period. 
    2. The Driver must inform Eternity Campers promptly of any fines or penalties to prevent any further charges and to ensure payment within the time limit stipulated.  Should Eternity Campers be notified of such penalty notice following the rental period, they will notify the driver(s), the relevant enforcement body of the drivers details and the driver will be liable directly to the enforcement body. The customer will pay Eternity Campers £40 administration fee. 
 
Hirer’s vehicle 
    1. The hirer(s) is able to park one car at the Eternity Campers depot at their own risk at the base of Eternity Campers for the rental period. 
    2. Eternity Campers are not responsible for any damage occurred to your vehicle throughout its time being on our property.
 
Additional charges 

Any additional charges for the rental period and security deposit payable by the hirer(s) set out in these terms and conditions are due on demand of Eternity Campers. If they are not paid within 14 days then the hirer is liable to pay 2% interest on the outstanding balance and any additional charges incurred by Eternity Campers including legal fees to recover the outstanding money owed. 

 
Payments 
    1. Eternity campers currently accept credit and debit card payments as PayPal for online payment for the rental period. 
    2. All transactions are undertaken in GBP. Should the Hirer(s) card payment issuer bill in another currency the amount may fluctuate due to the exchange rate. Eternity Campers have no liability for such variation. 
    3. When payment is made the hirer(s) agree that Eternity campers can take any action reasonably required to recover from their chosen payment method the amount due in accordance to this agreement including any additional charges that may have occurred during the rental period. 
    4. The hirer will not contest their liability to Eternity Campers regarding any amount due and will reimburse loss incurred including legal fees. 
 
Cancellation of the agreement 
    1. Eternity Camper without effecting any other rights and without notice can cancel this agreement immediately and repossess the Eternity campervan at any time if:
      1. There is a breach in any terms of the agreement. 
      2. The hirer(s) has entered the rental agreement through fraud or misrepresentation and information provided to Eternity Campers is incorrect. 
      3. The hirer(s) has attempted to travel outside of the Uk or the campervan appears to have been abandoned. 
      4. Eternity Campers believe that the campervan will not be returned at the end of the agreed rental period. 
      5. Eternity Campers believe that there are concerns for the safety of the passengers and the condition of the vehicle.
    2. Following cancellation of the agreement Eternity Campers will take possession of the campervan. 
    3. The hirer(s) will be liable for all cost incurred for recovering the campervan and any further costs of damage or legal fees occurred.
 
Eternity Campers release of liability and indemnity 
    1. Eternity Campers hold liability for deliberate action and gross negligence and they will be responsible for loss/damage experienced by the hirer(s) that was foreseeable. 
    2. Eternity campers are not liable for any unforeseeable circumstances and therefore will not be liable for any loss/damage caused by breakdown, mechanical defect or accident. 
    3. Eternity campers is not liable if the campervan is not suitable to the hirer(s) purpose and to any property that the hirer(s) has left in or on the campervan. 
    4. Subject to any insurance agreed with Eternity Campers, the hirer(s) keep indemnifies and shall keep indemnified Eternity Campers, employees and agents against any liabilities, costs, demands, claims, and expense (including but not limited to legal costs, consequential loss, loss of profit or reputation) incurred or sustained by Eternity Campers by reason of the hirer’s use and/or possession of the campervan.
 
Storage of personal data 
    1. The hirer(s) agrees to Eternity Campers storing personal data. 
    2. Eternity Campers will process such data in accordance of GDPR regulation. 
    3. The information will only be used for the campervan hire purpose and any other business connected to this purpose. 
    4. Where necessary to fulfil our obligation Eternity Campers maybe required to pass on your information to a third party such as Eternity Campers insurance company, safeguarding services such as police or penalty enforcement agencies. 
    5. We will not pass your information without prior consent to third party marketing companies. 
 

Disputes or claims 

    1. All disputes and claims in connection to the rental agreement with Eternity Campers will by Uk law. 
    2. Should the claim or dispute require a legal framework. This will be settled within the UK courts.
 
Changes to Rental agreement or Terms and Conditions 
    1. Should any part of the rental agreement or these terms and conditions become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, Eternity Campers shall be able to modify them to the extent necessary to make them valid, legal and enforceable. If modification is not possible Eternity Campers shall be able to delete this part of the agreements and this will not affect any other part of the agreements.
 
Complaint procedure
    1. Should the hirer(s) want to make a complaint, this should be reported to Eternity Campers as soon as possible. 
    2. Eternity Campers take all complaint seriously and will deal with them in a timely manner ensuring fairness and consistency.
    3. All complaint should be reported directly to Eternity Campers directors either in person, phone or by email. 
    4. Eternity Campers hope to respond to the complaint immediately and offer a fair solution however, if this is not possible Eternity Campers will respond to the complaint within 7 working days and identify an appropriate solution. 
    5. If the hirer(s) is not satisfied with the solution then a formal complaint can be made in in writing.
